Code of Ethics
As a member of the NLA, I shall pledge to observe the NLA’s
high standards with honesty, integrity and responsibility. I shall
uphold and abide by all laws and regulations of the ground transportation
industry. I shall pledge to promote and protect the interests of
the client. I shall not misrepresent type, fleet size, or services
available for pricing to another member or client or in advertising.
I shall not solicit a subcontracted client. I shall agree on compensation
and terms before subcontracting and abide by the terms. I shall compensate
subcontractors and vendors on a timely basis. I shall, if charged
with unethical practices, aid investigation and not obstruct process.
I shall not disparage the business practice of a competitor. I shall
not restrain or suppress competition. |
